Many small companies simply can’t afford, or justify the need for, a dedicated facilities manager. By default, these duties often fall to IT staff, or are left to a landlord who does not necessarily have the company’s best interests at heart. As the IT provider to a number of small companies, NetCerto’s staff often filled the facilities role as well. An understanding of the issues involved, and keeping the client’s best interests in mind, has seen NetCerto develop a formal facilities service.
